We seek to appoint an experienced and strategic Global Sales Director to lead and manage the sales efforts across two group brands (MWS Equipment & McCloskey Environmental). Our brands operate globally through a distributor network and therefore, efficient distributor network management is a key success factor in this role.
The Group Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing distributor sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve the company financial targets under the direction of the Sales and Marketing VP. The individual will also have a reporting line to the VP of MWS and Environmental Business Units to ensure alignment between the sales management and business strategies.
